Please run "sudo udevmonitor -e" and then plug in the SD photo card.
(Note this is almost certainly not a udev bug, but maybe a kernel bug)
Also where did you get the "tifm21 driver" ? That's not shipped with
our kernels. Can you run "modinfo tifm21" for me
