Kyle, I said earlier I absolutely could not swipe to Desktop Apps (btw just before OTA-13 this scope became empty) or swipe to any FAVORITE scope. So, can't establish now new favorite scopes. And any widget on Today Scope is not clickable.
But I can move Today Scope left and see list of windows of other running apps (terminal, browser, System Info, etc..) And I can swipe away from this list Browser or Terminal, but I can't swipe away from this list Today Scope!!
