Hi, sorry, I'm threading on unfamiliar territory since I am more accustomed to writing in forums.
But, if the following bit of info can help others who have report this same issue, than I'll be happy to have been of help. Without further ado: My procedure for these type of bugs is as follows: sudo apt -f install sudo apt update sudo apt -y full-upgrade *and when the error pops up* I start to add the packages one by one. Here is important to read which package supersedes which AND also which package is more logically important Yours sincerely, Brandon Camilleri +356 7991 9116 brandon.camilleri...@gmail.com On 23 September 2016 at 15:32, Robie Basak <1617...@bugs.launchpad.net> wrote: > Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make > Ubuntu better. > > Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem, > rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete. > > If indeed this is a local configuration problem, you can find pointers > to get help for this sort of problem here: > http://www.ubuntu.com/support/community > > Or if you believe that this is really a bug, then you may find it > helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" > http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html.
