Public bug reported:
On ARM64 when using a virtio-net-pcie device, qemu expects to find the
efi-virtio.rom in /usr/share/qemu. Several roms are symlinked from
/usr/lib/ipxe/qemu/ to /usr/share/qemu but efi-virtio.rom isn't.
