Public bug reported:

I have BQ M10 Ubuntu Edition with OTA-13 firmware.
It was shipped with OTA-9.5, so I upgraded it to the latest firmware. For now I
have some obsolete applications.

It would be great if long press on App/Scope allow user to remove an App with
its files by two options:
a. by 'click unregister' if possible
b. by removing files and cache (for obsolete or manually installed packages)

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
