Public bug reported:

When mulitpathd is called for a reload, a general protection fault
occurs on the process. The process will silently fail with the exception
of a general protection fault showing the kern.log's.

This occurs on multiple hosts in our environment and is not isolated to
a single host. The backend storage is iSCSI, with XtremIO.
