I have the following BLAS libraries:
$ ldconfig -p | grep blas
libopenblas.so.0 (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/local/lib/libopenblas.so.0
libopenblas.so (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/local/lib/libopenblas.so
libblas.so.3 (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/libblas.so.3
libblas.so (libc6,x86-64) => /usr/lib/libblas.so
The problem seems to be only on version 4.0.0. I installed Octave
version 4.0.2 from the repository ppa:octave/stable and it installed
normally.
