Public bug reported:
This morning I saw that due to the plugin structure dpdk applications only
auto-load the .so's they have a hard dependency on.
This can cause devices no more appearing to be supported.
In a setup that formerly (with shared combined library) working:
./l2fwd
EAL: Detected 12 lcore(s)
EAL: Probing VFIO support...
EAL: Error - exiting with code: 1
Cause: No Ethernet ports - bye
