I unfortunately can't see anything that gives me a clue in the auto-attached
logs.
Falling back to common resolutions of half-installed packages by retrying -
what do these give you:
sudo apt-get install --reinstall <packagename>
sudo apt-get install -f
dpkg --configure -a
If that doesn't help I'd need you to share more about your setup related
to this package (which belongs to bind).
