Public bug reported:

libvirt in yakkety currently fails to build:

make[3]: Entering directory '/«PKGBUILDDIR»/debian/build/docs'
srcdir=../../../docs builddir=.  ../../../docs/apibuild.py
/bin/bash: ../../../docs/apibuild.py: /usr/bin/python: bad interpreter: No such
file or directory
make[3]: *** [../../../docs/apibuild.py.stamp] Error 126

This apparently used to work because other build-deps brought in python
as a dependency but, presumably due to python3 migrations, this is no
longer the case.

** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Critical
     Assignee: Stefan Bader (smb)
         Status: Triaged
