Thank you for your bug. The polling seems to be "normal" (ie, it happens during a normal run as well). Do you have steps to trigger the bug? Could you try to get a gdb backtrace of the tool when it's busy? What did the dialog saying to wait was saying exactly? Is it the "application not responding" one?
