Problem Description:

- nmon Kernel & loadavg stat shows percentage value more than 100% for "idle
state"
Steps to recreate:

- Install abag1 with 4.8.0-17-generic enable xmon and install "nmon" package by
issuing "apt-get install nmon"
- Type "nmon" at root prompt the follwoing options as displayed as follows:

whereas normally percentage value is always less than or equal to 100. I
guess "15" is prefixed to all values before "idle" parameter.
