Hi,
in the provided logs I didn't find anything particular on your apache config.
Might I ask if/what you set up for your apache that might cause the issue.
Usually the journalerrors.txt have some insight what failed but not in this
case.
You might have an extra look at /var/log/apache*... for a hint what was going
on.
Very often it is a broken config causing such issues.
If you have a old custom config that you don't care, you might purge apache2,
remove your custom configuration and reinstall apache2 with the defaults.
