I had previously deleted the Telegram app from my M10, but when I tried
to reinstall it, I could not complete setup. The code would be sent to
my phone, but when I entered it nothing happened and the countdown
continued. I tried the phone call option, but although it said it was
calling I didn't receive any call. I deleted all files relating to the
app from the system and reinstalled but this made no difference.
This has been the situation for several months on my M10 (currently on
OTA12).
After the OTA13 update the other day I had to erase and reset my E4.5. I
am now having the exact same issues with setup on the phone.
The phone number is correct (the code is received) and is the same one
used previously on these devices.
