We have Depend:s from fwts-efi-runtime-dkms to the kernel headers. This
is causing the LTS backport kernel headers from Trusty to be NBS in the
archive. As we have more than one kernel it is never correct to depend
on the headers in any case. The installer ensures appropriate headers
are installed. Please drop these deps.
