This is my second comment in this thread. Today I installed Kubuntu beta 7.10 and the same resolution problem occurs as it occurs in ubuntu beta 7.10 but I realised the reason behind it and that is my resolution changes permanently from 1052x864 to 1024x768 only when I change my monitor driver from "plug n play" to "Samsung Samtron 56V"
