Every time when I turn on my laptop using Power button I always get a
long pause at bootup. I experience this behavior about half of year or
so I think (with 14 LTS I had no pause at bootups).
I analyzed dmesg output (full printout is attached) and found that cause for
this pause is integrated bluetooth (notice pause ends at 23 second):
