Public bug reported:

Installing Xubuntu 16.04.1 with encrypted LVM and then choosing a
different keyboard-layout will confuse people and most likely make the
system unbootable.

This is because the keyboard-language is now chosen after partitition-setup.
The User creates an encrypted LVM using default en-keyboard-layout and changes
it right afterwards in the next installer step

a workaround is to open a Terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and use "setxbkeymap XX" with
XX being short for the language. (See them with "cat /etc/locale.alias")

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
