Public bug reported:

I have a netbook with Lubuntu 16.04.1(Yes, I know this is the Ubuntu
launchpad, but this mainly has something to do with Xfce power manager),
and it's called "MSI Wind U120".

I've noticed something with the Power Manager. By default, the screen is
set to turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity, on battery. But, when
the screen is turned off, it'll turn back on [almost] immediately after,
and then the Brightness level notification pops up.

I've also tried this command in the terminal: "xset dpms force
off,"(tells the screen to turn off) and got the same result as said
above.

Is anyone else having this problem also?

Version as needed: Xfce Power Manager 1.4.4.

This was created based on a question on this (One of mine, I was suggested to).
