Public bug reported:

In the man page of "objcopy" the "--strip-unneeded" option:
- is described in OPTIONS section;
- but is forgotten in SYNOPSIS section (don't confuse with
"--strip-unneeded-symbol=" and "--strip-unneeded-symbols=", which aren't
forgotten).

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Release:        16.04

$ apt-cache policy binutils
binutils:
  Installed: 2.26.1-1ubuntu1~16.04.3
  Candidate: 2.26.1-1ubuntu1~16.04.3
  Version table:
 *** 2.26.1-1ubuntu1~16.04.3 500

I expected SYNOPSIS and OPTIONS sections of the man page of "objcopy" to
be consistent.

Option "--strip-unneeded" present in OPTIONS section, is absent in
SYNOPSIS section.
