At end of Upgrade of Ubuntu 16.04LTS with apt upgrade
which was done after apt clean
NB this was a second attempt after a failure of internet for 20 minutes or so
and reboot of computer.
linux-image-extra-4.4.0-38-generic-4.4.0-38.57 failed installation.
in report a screen dump was obtained but the message on the screen says unable
to send apport because Max reports already reached.
Problem starts in
