Public bug reported:

Impact
======
There's a new stable release in the 3.22 series for gnome-clocks. This update
fixes several

https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-clocks/log?h=gnome-3-22
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-clocks/tree/NEWS?h=gnome-3-22

 - Translation updates and improvements
 - Fix font size with GTK 3.22 (Ubuntu 16.10 uses GTK 3.20 but the GNOME3
Staging PPA has GTK 3.22; GTK 3.20 still works fine with gnome-clocks)
 - Fix off-by-one error on January 1 or 2
 - A few other minor bug fixes

gnome-clocks is not included by default in any Ubuntu flavor.

Test Case
========
Ensure gnome-clocks still works

Regression Potential
