Public bug reported:

I get the following error when trying to run a snap application
installed in a live session.

'cannot change apparmor hat of the support process for mount namespace capture. 
errmsg: Operation not permitted
support process for mount namespace capture exited abnormally'

Even if Snaps aren't supposed to run in a live session, there should be
some sort of error to say clearly that one can't run Snaps in a live
session and must install Ubuntu or, even, Snappy should be disabled
entirely in live sessions.
