Public bug reported:

Impact
======
gnome-devel-docs 3.22.1 is a translations update. gnome-devel-docs is in
universe and is not translated by language packs in Launchpad.

https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-devel-docs/log?h=gnome-3-22
https://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-devel-docs/tree/NEWS?h=gnome-3-22

gnome-devel-docs is not installed by default in any Ubuntu flavor.

Test Case
=========
Ensure gnome-devel-docs still works. There are several components:

accessibility-devel-guide
gnome-devel-demos
hig
platform-overview
programming-guidelines

You can look at a particular help guide with:
browse help:accessibility-guidelines

You can look at a specific translation with syntax like this for Korean (or
'de' for German)
LANGUAGE=ko browse help:accessibility-guidelines

or you can run yelp from the directory:
yelp /usr/share/help/ko/programming-guidelines/

Note that many translations are incomplete

Regression Potential
====================
Only German and Korean translations were changed.
