Sorry for the delay but I have finally got time to perform more tests.

# Testing with other devices
I've observed, that switching to other WiFi hot-spot makes a difference: the
problem is only observed, when "Lenovo W530" (Ubuntu) connects to "Speedport W
724v typ A". When testing with another hot-spot device or when testing hot-spot
with another device, everything works flawlessly. Hence, it looks like some
kind of compatibility issue.

# Testing Ubuntu Kernel-4.4.0
After system start:
        - always works
After wake-up:
        - rarely works
        - sometimes re-connecting to WiFi suffices
        - more often WLAN PM must be disabled

# Testing mainline Kernel-4.8.1
After system start:
        - always needs a re-connection to WiFi
After wake-up:
        - always works

# Further steps
I've noticed bios-outdated-2.65 flag added to the bug.
I'd like to update BIOS and see, if this could be solved that way.
