Public bug reported:

In LibreOffice (both calc and writer), asking for a context menu at
bottom of screen (bottom of page when the page fills the screen from top
to bottom) may open a context menu which is partially out of screen, and
which is thus unusable if the items you are looking for are not on the
screen.

I writer, some context menu are correctly displayed, i.e. they appear
above so that all the menu is displayed on screen, but not all of them.

A turnaround consist in resizing the window, so that the entire menu appears on
screen.
