Public bug reported:

The Lubuntu Software Center has been replaced in 16.10 with GNOME
Software, however the 16.10 installer still shows the old Lubuntu
Software Center and makes no mention of GNOME Software:

    Incorrect_Software_Center_Shown_Lubuntu_Installer_Slideshow.png

The ISO file I installed was this one:
