Public bug reported: Hello All,
I am in a peculiar situation where I need to burn source code images onto DVDs. I downloaded the following images below; http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/trusty/source/ubuntu-14.04-src-1.iso http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/trusty/source/ubuntu-14.04-src-2.iso http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/releases/trusty/source/ubuntu-14.04-src-3.iso and tried to use Brasero with re-writable DVDs that are 4.7GB. The issue is that the source code images are too large for DVDs. This affects /ubuntu-14.04-src-1.iso and /ubuntu-14.04-src-2.iso which are 4.8GB instead of the reported sizes in Index of /releases/trusty/source which states that they are 4.5GB. For /ubuntu-14.04-src-3.iso in Index of /releases/trusty/source the stated size is 4.2GB but once downloaded it is 4.5GB which is not that much of an issue as it will fit on a DVD. I wanted to let you know as other individuals may come across this issue.
