Here steps how to reproduce this bug: 1. Turn on a laptop (load Ubuntu) 2. Open a web browser (FireFox or Chromium) 3. Open in the browser some live Internet video translation (for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGPuEDyAsU8) 4. Switch that video to full screen mode 5.
