I have found a temporary workaround for the alarm not going off at the correct time issue:
Observed: Alarm does not go off when the phone is in deep-sleep mode. Expected: For the alarm to go off at the correct time. Temporary Solution: 1. Delete your current alarm time. 2. Create a new alarm and enable it. 3. Set your phone to standy mode and don't use any apps. 4.
