Public bug reported:
HTTP ERROR 500 when attempting to create the top most topic page.
Other errors I've encountered and wasted 4 hours on:
A wiki page restricted to localhost? How is that useful. At least give
me an installation question asking if I want this.
You can't change the settings because the /etc/dokuwiki directory and
/etc/dokuwiki/local.php permissions
are wrong.
Sites added by dokuwiki-addsite are inaccesible. No rewrites or apache.confs
are created/modified to
provide apache with knowledge of their existence.
Documentation for the use of this package is non-existent.
This package is only for people who have enough system administration
skills to install dokuwiki from its source which is a better supported
choice. I am going to.
