* data/DistUpgrade.cfg: add ubuntkylin-desktop to the list of supported
metapkgs. (LP: #1632665)
* data/DistUpgradeQuirks.py: configure the quirk which installs the linux
metapackage to run for every release upgrade. (LP: #1633903)
