In its .desktop file, displayconfig-gtk contains
OnlyShowIn=GNOME;
However, it doesn't depend on libgnome-* and should run fine in Xfce, so
this shouldn't be there. Xubuntu users now don't know they have this app
installed, which is, of course, quite a loss.
