Public bug reported:
Whenever I try to install a new program through apt, it throws me this
error message: E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
I've tried troubleshooting this error message out and a couple of times
I was successful but it keeps on poping up again and again after few
days.
