The problem is not so much the `phone but the car. I went to BMW yesterday because mine did connect OK initially but now won`t do it. They were able to get "Connected" on the screen but there was no signal. They then went into the database of the car and found BQ were not on the list. I have an Apple 3 which connects instantly. BQ need to issue the software to car manufacturers otherwise a lot of fed up people will dump the `phone.
