** Description changed:
These packages were mostly removed from testing due to being broken for
one reason or another as part of the perl 5.24 transition - let's do the
same. One or two of the removals are Ubuntu specific FTBFS. I've
annotated the below output. I've also blocked all of these packages in
britney so that they don't transition straight back in when demoted.
