Public bug reported:

Bootloader has a fatal error each time I try to install Ubuntu. I have
tried directly from USB and from within the try Ubuntu option. I have
ensured legacy boot is chosen in the bios. I also deactivated the Intel
Speed ..... option in the bios as well. I have Windows 10 installed and
chose the dual boot option.
