Public bug reported:
After upgrade from Xenial to Yakkety, tcsh crashes when invoking tab
completion on a directory.
To reproduce:
$ tcsh
$ cd /
$ cd us<press TAB>
--> Warning: Program '/bin/tcsh' crashed.
Note that tab completion on commands still works, e.g.,
$ apti<press TAB>
--> $ aptitude
** Affects: tcsh (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
