Public bug reported: since wifi config always times out (even though the wifi was working on boot (see Bug #1636421) i tried to plug in an ethernet cable, hit "Cancel" in the console-conf UI and get back to "Please press enter..."
that gets me to the start page of console-conf ... hitting enter again produces a multi-page python traceback. http://paste.ubuntu.com/23387727/ has a tail from the subiquity log from pluging in the cable to the traceback. ** Affects: snappy Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Affects: subiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Also affects: snappy Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1637153 Title: plugging in a network cable when wifi config failed causes a traceback when restarting console-conf To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/snappy/+bug/1637153/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
