We should (by default at least) only be showing snaps that use the
unity8 interface in the store (I.e. snaps that have a UI).
This will require some work on the snapd client lib first.
NOTE: There has been some discussion about allowing "dev mode" in
settings to disable this filter, revealing all available snaps in the
store regardless of interface. We need to verify this.
