Public bug reported:
Currently snaps are uniquely identified by Name in much of the snapd
client lib. Shouldn't ID be the unique identifier here? Recent work on
purchasing seems to suggest this: There, snaps are identified by their
IDs.
One or the other needs to be decided on then made standard across the
snapd API.
