Public bug reported:
Unique install scenario. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS being upgraded in-place to
16.10. Booting was disabled by Windows 10 install bootloader taking
precedence during 8.1 to 10 upgrade. GRUB EFI bootloader now errors out.
Will attempt reinstalling 12.04 in place, but still should be
investigated as bug, as installer crashes leaving average user helpless.
This isn't as odd of an install scenario for someone refreshing both
Windows and Ubuntu.
