Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
As you can see from the log that directory above does not exist. While I
am not sure why it does not, can you please try to create the directory
and then as the message says run "apt-get --fix-broken install" to
complete the install?
This does seem to be a local issue and not a large issues seen by others
so I am marking this bug as 'Incomplete'. If you disagree or run into
additional issues please provide the details below and move this bug
back to 'New'.
