Thanks. Have created a stable download and, for good measure, replaced the
hard drive. Now, finally all is well. But, it cost the loss of my main
system due to lack of timely information. In addition none of the software
l ordered actually worked. I had to do it myself though having no concrete
idea of what I was doing. Nevertheless I will always support open systems
in the firm belief that this is a "human right" issue.
