Public bug reported:
When I run "youtube-dl --quiet" on a Youtube URL, rather than it being
silent when it works properly, which is what I would expect, it spews a
huge amount of noise generated by ffmpeg.
When --quiet is passed to youtube-dl, it should pass the appropriate
arguments to ffmpeg to tell it to be quiet as well.
