Public bug reported:
If I disable Wifi then re-enable it again via the U8 desktop session, no
access points show up again. When I log back into the U7 desktop I see
that the Wifi switch is still in the disabled state.
So looks like the switch to Wifi enabled on the U8 desktop session is
not working (while it seems at least the setting it to disabled does
work).
