Continuing on bug 1620906 with further fixup that was brought upstream.
Patch accepted upstream for flag check

Since this is non-fatal there is no huge need to SRU it back, but it
would be great to be fixed in zesty.
Patch is in libvirt 2.4 upstream, wait until we decided what version we
merge into zesty as it might automatically be fixed by that then.
