Public bug reported:
ogra@localhost:~$ grep -r evbug /etc/mod*
/etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf:# evbug is a debug tool that should
be loaded explicitly
/etc/modprobe.d/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf:blacklist evbug
ogra@localhost:~$
seemingly the files in /etc/modprobe.d get created in a subdir called
modprobe.d instead of actually being in /etc/modprobe.d directly, this
makes all blacklisting fail and causes modules to be loaded that that
should not be there.
