https://github.com/opentoonz/opentoonz/issues/866 When linking with `liblzo.a`, the error: Build error liblzo2.a(lzo1x_1.o): relocation R_X86_64_PC32 against symbol `memset@@GLIBC_2.2.5' can not be used when making a shared object; recompile with -fPIC occurs, this wasn't a problem on Ubuntu 16.04.
