Binary package hint: firefox
I'm testing gutsy dvd amd64 20071010.2.
Open firefox. Select Help / Get Help Online.
Click on `the #ubuntu IRC channel'. This results in a prompt titled "External
Protocol Request", which talks about `Application: purple-url-handler "%s"'.
When I say "Launch application" nothing happens. This is because
purple-url-handler is in the package libpurple-bin (according to
command-not-found) which is not installed.
